Capital Trauma-Informed Care & Policy Group

We help legal teams, agencies, and advocacy organizations build systems, policy, and research that account for trauma, equity, and the realities of the people they serve.

Who We Are

We work at the intersection of trauma-informed care, justice-system accountability, and broader public policy, translating clinical research and data analysis into evidence institutions can act on. From behavioral health and housing to economic security and education, our policy work spans the systems that shape daily life. Our findings are held to the same standard whether they're headed for a courtroom, a grant report, or a policy briefing: documented, reproducible, and built around the people the system affects most.

Every engagement is scoped to a flat fee and a fixed deliverable. No hourly drift, no open-ended retainers.

Method

Methodological Foundations

Each engagement begins with a literature foundation drawn from peer-reviewed clinical and policy research. Findings are cited, current, and held to the evidentiary standards of formal review.

Reproducible Data Pipelines

Administrative, claims, and outcomes data are processed through calibrated, version-controlled pipelines. Every analysis is reproducible, built to survive audit, deposition, and peer review.
